Repeat prescriptions

redpills1Repeat prescriptions for regular medication can be made by;

  • completing the request slip (attached to your green prescription) and leaving it at reception.
  • faxing your request to 01242 678857
  • or online by completing an online order form (please click the link at the top of the page). Please note you can save the online form on your own PC but it is more secure to register for this service (click the 'logon/register' link at the top of the form) and log in each time you need to order repeat medication. Your details will be saved and you will not need to re-enter them in the future. Forms saved on your own PC may have your medication details deleted by your antivirus software or via your internet browser.

We cannot take repeat prescriptions over the telephone as this increases the risk of mistakes being made.

If you prefer, you can provide us with a stamped, self-addressed envelope and we will post the prescription to you. Please allow 2 working days for your request to be processed.

Completed prescriptions can be collected from our reception or from the local chemists. Please indicate your preference when you make your request. If no preference is specified, the prescription will be held at our reception desk.
